E-Cube® (2nd gen)

The 2nd generation E-Cube is an innovative filter system in dry separation, further developed by NeuFilter in cooperation with Eisenmann. Specially designed for paint removal, it offers an improved degree of filling and separation, which results in longer service lives and maintenance intervals.

Universal efficiency: The E-Cube 2nd generation as a versatile filter

The universality of the 2nd generation E-Cube makes it possible to use a single filter type for almost all paint layers/paint systems, saving storage space and increasing efficiency. The further development of the E-Cube is an expression of the commitment of both companies to continuously optimize paint separation and to invest in dry separation.

Sustainable vision of the future: The re-Cube as a regenerable filter system

The future: The Re-cube is a regenerative reusable filter system that was developed as part of the E-Cube product line. It serves as a “door opener” for economical use of the energy content of lackover spray and other system systems. The possible regeneration of the RE-cube reduces the use of materials and allows the concept of sustainability to be put into practice. The conversion from “E-Cube” to the regenerative product “Re-cube” is immediately possible, making the re-Cube a future-oriented and environmentally friendly solution in filter technology.

Common questions

Filter types

All types of filters presented help improve the quality of painted surfaces by minimizing the number of particles in the air. Regular maintenance and replacement of these filters are essential to ensure consistently high performance and excellent painting results. We would be happy to provide you with an offer that meets your requirements after we have provided you with comprehensive advice.

Where is the E-Cube used?

The E-Cube system is a dry separation system for filtering wet paint applications on a large industrial scale. Eisenmann uses the filter system with euro pallets in the 24/7 painting process in the automotive, automotive supplier sector, agricultural machinery, metal sector and in plastic coating systems. The E-Cube can only be used in the docking stations of an Eisenmann paint shop.

How do I use the E-Cube?

The E-Cube is delivered ready to use. Since the filter, which was specially designed for Eisenmann GmbH painting systems, can also be changed while the system is in operation, all you have to do is remove the lid, undock the old E-Cube and dock the fresh one to the respective docking station.

Why should I use the E-Cube?

The E-Cube is a highly efficient filter system that filters paint particles out of the air and thus effectively counteracts possible paint transfer. Simple, sustainable and efficient.

What makes the E-Cube stand out?

The 2nd generation E-Cube is an innovative filter system in dry separation, further developed by NeuFilter in cooperation with Eisenmann. Specially designed for paint removal, it offers an improved degree of filling and separation, which results in longer service lives and maintenance intervals. The universality of the 2nd generation E-Cube makes it possible to use a single filter type for almost all paint layers/paint systems, saving storage space and increasing efficiency. The filter can be replaced in the E-Cube or Eisenmann system while the paint shop is running. In addition, the filter replacement is completed in a very short time.

How do I set up the E-Cube?

The E-Cube with a packing size of 1200x800x2150 mm is delivered fully assembled and requires no further assembly. There is only one lid that protects the E-Cube and prevents dirt or the like from getting into the E-Cube.

How do I dispose of the E-Cube?

Appropriate disposal when treated depends on the paints used and local municipal regulations. If you have already disposed of your filters as residual waste, you can continue to do so. The usual waste code for this is 080112 paint and varnish waste with the exception of those falling under 080111 (paint and varnish waste containing organic solvents or other hazardous substances). In any case, the classification depends on the type of paint used. If your paint is considered toxic due to the solvent content, the filter can be dried. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and disposal instructions in accordance with the paint manufacturer's DIN safety data sheet.
